Vitality is our Premium 1-on-1 service that assesses the six key components of healthy aging. The assessment provides your Vitality Plan, so you have a blueprint for what you need to do. We follow that plan in each 60-minute session to change your life!

What’s the difference between training at Hyphen and a regular gym?

Hyphen was built for people 60+ by Doctors of Physical Therapy who are Specialists in Older Adults. That means your workouts are designed with expert care—not cookie-cutter plans or high-risk exercises. You’ll get a personalized gameplan, 1-on-1 support, and a community that’s all about helping you be the best version of yourself.

Do you offer group classes too?

Yes! Our group classes are designed specifically for people 60+, combining balance, flexibility, and resistance training in a fun, supportive setting. Whether you prefer 1-on-1 or group, we’ve got a plan to help you build strength and stay consistent.

Do you accept insurance for training or fitness services?

Fitness services, including personal training and group classes, are not covered by insurance. But many of our members use HSA or FSA funds to cover the cost. And with our 30-day guarantee, you can try it risk-free.

Do you offer any discounts?

We have two available discounts:

  • Member Referral ($50 off) - if you are referred by a current member, you and the current member will receive $50 off your next Hyphen bill.
